James Drewe offers a number of Tai Chi (taiji) and Qigong classes in Sevenoaks. The Knole Academy Tai Chi & Qigong classes are suitable for people of all ages and abilities, and regular classes for beginners, intermediate and advanced levels are on offer.
Getting there: Close to Bat & Ball station, and not far from Riverhead, The Knole Academy is just off the A25 on the north side of Sevenoaks.
The classes usually take place in the 'Auditorium' at the front of the school. If you need to park, park in the car park on the left of the mini roundabout, and go into the school through the main entrance. The Auditorium is straight ahead.

James Drewe has been teaching at The Knole Academy for many years.
James has been teaching Tai Chi and Qigong at The Knole Academy for many years, and his own experience goes back to 1975 when he began to study these arts.
James Drewe has written three books on Tai Chi and Qigong, and he has a wealth of experience in these subjects. Not only has he also studied a variety of other health arts and is a qualified acupuncturist, he is a qualified teacher (PGCE from Goldsmiths, London), and is therefore an experienced teacher.
Our Taiji and Qigong classes at The Knole Academy will give you a wider approach to your health, in which you will learn how to look after your body more effectively, how to move both better and more efficiently, how to relax and breathe better, how to improve your balance and coordination, and how to improve your energy levels as well as your physical and mental well-being.

At The Knole Academy we offer classes of various types and for all levels. The Combined Competition Form is on offer currently; this Tai Chi 'Form' combines different styles of tai chi into one set of movements.
Regularly on offer at The Knole Academy are Tai Chi Forms for the Sword, Sabre, and Fan.

We offer a variety of Tai Chi (taiji) and Qigong classes in Sevenoaks. The St. Luke's Church Hall Qigong and Tai Chi classes are suitable for people of all abilities, and we offer regular classes for beginner, intermediate and advanced levels, as well as a class for the Over-60s.
The Room: St. Luke's Church Hall is a well-lit, spacious, rectangular room with a woodblock floor.
Getting there: St. Luke's Church Hall is situated further into Sevenoaks, south of the station, and in a residential part of the town.
Parking is usually easy in bays - you are allowed 2 hour stays.

We offer a number of Tai Chi (taiji) and Qigong classes in Sevenoaks. The Qigong and Tai Chi class at Manor Clinic is suitable for people of all ages & abilities. This is a regular class, and is particularly suitable for people over 60, and for those with arthritis, and with hip and knee problems.
The Room used for the classes at Manor Clinic is a well-lit, spacious, hexagonal room.
Getting there: Situated in Sevenoaks High Street, Manor Clinic is very close to the shops and cafes of the town.
There are 2 car parks for the Clinic, one behind the main building, and the other on the opposite side of the side road, The Drive.
