Company Conference Demonstration
James Drewe holds demonstration sessions at conferences, either for relaxation or educational purposes.
On-site company courses can be arranged (see below).
Conference ‘Warm-Up’
These are one-off sessions as warm-ups for conferences/meeting. These can be of any duration from 15 minutes to several hours.
Requirements: Either a cleared room, and a CD player, or an outside space.
This can be a short T’ai Chi Form (set of movements) or an easy set of Qigong exercises, or both.
The exercises can be adapted for all abilities and levels, for those who find coordination difficult, and for those who find it easy.
Team ‘bonding’
Exercises for groups who are not used to working together
Exercises that are enjoyable to do, but which take some concentration
Some of the exercises involve contact – usually wrist to wrist (partner-work), but this can be omitted as desired
Exercises that involve sensing someone else’s intentions (called ‘listening’); this is about communication.
Courses for Companies
Usually on the Company premises
These can be set up on a regular weekly basis
Any length of course (4 weeks +)
